U.S. Oil-Gas Boom Develops One Million Jobs, "Fracking" Huge Shale Deposits

Like Development of The Internet, New Oil-Gas "Fracking Technology" Sets off Employment and Economic Boom, In 34 States.

Unemployed? No Prospects? Visit our 14 Sites of Information. Can and Will Change your life.

Billions of Annual Oil Dollars for Imported Oil Will Now Stay in U.S. Funding Oil development here resulting in well over one million High Pay Jobs.

The Only Huge U.S. Technology Development in the last fifty years, that ALL the Jobs Created STAY in the U.S. This alone is BIG NEWS.

It Will SAVE the U.S. From Economic Collapse. It will GREATLY affect the election with a turn around of the economy and the unemployment rate.

The biggest job revolution since the Railroad and the telegraph, is about to explode with the Biggest "Gold Rush" Type BOOM ever in the United States..

Gold Rush People in the past took a gamble on hitting it big. Most did not hit it big.

There is very little gamble in this oil - gas rush here, it is based on what is now a well proven development or invention, discovered in 1949 and combined with horizontal drilling which only developed and perfected in the last 6 years.

The revolutionary system is proven, when drilling in oil and gas laden shale, of which there are hundreds of square miles in several states, *see maps attached) oil and gas laden but totally unproductive with standard, until now, oil drilling methods.

The shale basins, equal hundreds of square miles in 36 states all useable with this technology, so this will be years of boom.

North Dakota is drilling 2,100 hundred wells a year, now at 6,000 and is estimated to take 49,000 wells to cover the shale there. Another 20 years of drilling full speed.

With a warmer climate and year around drilling season, Texas is Drilling over 8,000 new shale oil "fracking" combination oil and gas wells annually. Pennsylvania has added 45,000 jobs in Fracking natural gas, 36 states are in various stages of developing their shale. There are high paying jobs in every one of these "fracking" projects. Most in the east are strickly shale gas. Check activity in your state.

Sandstone states such as Iowa, Illinois, Minnesota and Wisconsin are operating sand mines to supply fracking states, 24 hours a day and are hiring.

If proven "fracking" procedure followed correctly your well almost cannot fail.

Land owners in 30 states will share in the wealth with advance lease payments and from production income, usually 12% to 20%. Some farmers reported getting as much as $4,500 a month from productive wells.

North Dakota had an advantage, almost all land is privately owned, though Indian reservations in N.D. etc are also involved and were happy to get the income.

In contrast, in Colorado and Wyoming, much of shale land in each state is federal land.

The current administration has bans and restrictions on drilling on federal land so these states have 'iffy" situations currently on oil drilling, though the oil there exceeds that in Saudi Arabia.

In fact 70% of all shale land is on Federal controlled property

The Job Boom has already started, EXPLODES this summer, Will change the nation.... A true Boom.... North Dakota has a reported 17,000 unfilled jobs, mostly high pay roughneck positions.

The average oil field salary reported in North Dakota is $82,000 with 1% unemployment in some counties.

This is resulting in a new housing construction boom, with many of these jobs being permanent since wells are expected to produce 10 to 20 years.

There is not enough housing, and has resulted in a boom in used RV's to live in with some paying as much as $1.000 a month just to park them. There are thousands living in Company supplied "Man" housing which is a bed and a TV basically.

There is a huge construction boom in home building.

It Takes 5 years to open a well average and these new technology, "Fracking" wells only started in large numbers five years ago. The first big number of new wells comes on line producing this summer for the first time.

Gas well development was easiest, but with the drop in gas prices by 50%, many are now switching because of ever rising oil prices, to Fracking Oil in new areas of Wyoming and Colorado, in addition to North Dakota but as we said the land is mostly Federal own so you will have to keep on top of developments there.

Even if started today they will likely not be on line and producing for five years.

Go Where The Boom Is!

Growth in Median Incomes by state, since 07, (Despite start of recession) Wyoming 3.68%, (Rep) North Dakota, 2.9%(Rep) Oklahoma, 1%< Rep) Texas .8%.(Rep) This compares to California, same period, fallen -3.4% (Dem)(compare, on list, no fracking)(gone green energy)

36 states have shale formations and almost everyone have drilling or exploration work, signing leases (thats a job) etc underway except New York, which currently has a prohibition on them. Other states with shale on Federal land have problems with current administration rules and regulations.

Check on internet, enter search: Shale Oil and gas drilling your state, search under news and web both. This should give you information on what is happening locally.

Much of the information we supply will be on Bakken, North Dakota shale formation, and the Eagle Ford in Texas. (Texas has several other new shale areas)

Bakken, has cold weather and is drilling 2,100 wells annually. Texas Eagle Ford southern Texas drills year around and is drilling 5,000 wells just in that area.

Pay is about equal with extreme housing shortages in both. Halliburton had announced they were hiring 11,000 new employees (start 70k on most) and many other drillers have similar requirements.

Many in Bakken oil, after gaining experience and overtime are making well over $100,000. Some firms furnish living quarters in Man Camps some with meals. Firms reported contracting at $120 a day for your quarters and meals and part you pay is negotiated, usually about half if they really need your skill and rooms are available.

Roustabout definition: an unskilled worker on an oil drill rig. Roughneck definition: A member of the oil drilling crew other then the driller.

Huge Demand for Truck Drivers Created

Each fracked well requires 200 truckloads of water and 100 truckloads of sand trucked in. About 4 Miles of pipe trucked in per well plus chemicals.

Multiply that by 5,000 fracked wells each year in Eagle Ford Texas Alone, 2,100 fracked wells in Bakken field in North Dakota, you get an idea of the demand for highly paid truck drivers.

After fracking, the water removed is about 80 truckloads and trucked to reuse on another well or to a disposal system.

Often oil production is several thousand barrels a day, has to be trucked at least temporarily.

Result, thousands of high paying trucking jobs.

These thousands of new employees each added to the drilling and trucking force each year require housing. Since this drilling rate is expected to last 20 years. there is a huge boom in regular housing construction (as well as temporary) since these are highly paid jobs and can afford to pay off a house in a short term.

Therefore if you are skilled in construction you should be able to find high pay in construction in the area. Likely high pay even if not experienced.

MacDonalds reported paying $15 an hour plus a $300 signing bonus in some oil areas in order to get even teen age employees.

We have web sites with further information on Bakken (North Dakota, Montana,) at http://bakken.frackingboom.com and at Texas Eagle Ford shale oil area at http://Texas.FrackingBoom.com

Shale oil gas drilling in Pennsylvania resulted in 45,000 jobs, now will be dropping off because of the 50% drop in gas prices, most drillers moving to shale with oil. This also effected Ohio and other eastern states where drilling has been for gas. There are many in the already drilling stage and takes years to finish, so many replacement jobs for those people that move elsewhere.

Both Eagle Ford and Bakken (which are primarily oil drilling, gas is a by product)have enough square miles that it will take twenty years to fill in all areas with wells at the present drilling rate, so these are long term jobs.

The oil extracting engineering word "Fracking" now becoming in daily use, has sexual overtones from prior use so many in print are now calling it "Hydraulic Fracturing" which is not correct.

The environmentalists have made derogatory terms of it so people in the business now hate the word "fracking".

Fracturing is basically Inaccurate but is the new "cleaned up", socially more acceptable word attempting to be used as a replacement, does not quite fit.

Definition: Hydraulic fracturing would mean cracking or breaking shale rock which is not what this methodology process basically is. This may extend cracks but is not basically fracturing solid shale.

Correct word:

Definition: Hydraulic "Fracking" is forcibly opening with water pressure, millions of existing cracks in shale (developed naturally from millions of years of seismic activity,) and filling those spaces with sand etc so cracks can not close back up, thereby allowing gas to escape thru the sand, to be captured.

That is what this technological process development is "fracking" namely developing exactly how to do that. A new technology, and its own well established word in use in the trade since 1981. First commercial use of "fracking" technique was in Kansas in 1949.

No other wording accurately fits the new revolutionary energy extraction from abundant shale rock, but containing small amounts of gas.

This process to do that along with horizontal drilling, has become the extraction process that makes this all feasible and that is creating the next big U.S. Boom.

The process only recovers about 20% of the gas in the shale initially, so that as the technology improves, can come back to the same well and recover more over the years.

Oil recovery technology reported improved more then 25% in North Dakota wells that had been in production the year before.

There needs to be a new comprehensive name perhaps, that is more socially acceptable.....meantime....this is a revolutionary development that is bringing on a real boom and is still referred to as a "Fracking" energy boom..
